1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bike Riders Junctions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use this website.

2. Educational & Planning Purpose Only

The tools, calculators, route suggestions, brand hubs, and editorial guides provided on Bike Riders Junctions are published for independent information and planning purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal advice, official statutory determination, vehicle compliance certificates, or personalised mechanical instruction.

3. Specific Tool Assumptions & Disclaimers

  • Motorcycle Licence & A2 Calculator: Identifies standard test and category routes for Great Britain based on current DVSA regulations. Having a theoretical test route does not grant permission to ride. Riders in Northern Ireland must consult nidirect.
  • Motorcycle Running-Cost Calculator: Generates planning models using editable inputs, published 2026/27 DVLA vehicle tax bands, and Transport for London Euro 3 emissions criteria. It does not provide live fuel prices or binding insurance quotes.
  • Seat Height & Fit Checker: A mathematical comparison between user-entered barefoot inseam and published manufacturer seat heights. It does not evaluate seat contour, suspension sag, boot sole thickness, or riding balance. It is never a guarantee that a rider can safely control a given motorcycle.

4. Road Safety & Riding Responsibility

Motorcycling carries inherent physical risks. When using our route directory, you acknowledge that route descriptions are researched suggestions, not live road-condition feeds, GPX turn-by-turn navigation, or verified hazard warnings.

Every rider is solely responsible for:

  • Riding within their licence entitlements, training level, and personal capability.
  • Inspecting the mechanical roadworthiness and tyre condition of their vehicle.
  • Observing posted speed limits, Highway Code regulations, and temporary traffic orders.
  • Assessing prevailing weather, daylight, and road surface conditions before travelling.
